br p a common experience for those who practiced some form of Yoga b /b (qigong or meditation) for an extended period on the experience of those that their weight to stabilize and get almost magical ~ ~ "perfect" level. This is definitely my experience... no matter, what I can eat (and granted my diet, most standards a relatively "healthy" one think), has for many years my weight seemed, varies more than a few pounds in both directions. I have convinced because I must be... almost never weighed on a scale but it's my observation that I became of no scientific "evidence" for this. In short, I feel comfortable in my body, and most of the time what I want to eat, what my body needs... after I've eaten what I wanted, I know the business happy and inspired by these elections./p but this kind of natural balance weight and the choices of food for most people it takes a while to grow. So, in the meantime, what to do to eat in this case? This weight thing? Based on advice I have received over the years, and people I trust I two methods: a very simple (within the meaning of mechanics at least), the other a bit more time involved.
